Spanish stock market rises 0.20 pct, closes at 10,227 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.20 percent on Wednesday to close at 10,227.30 points, up from the 10,207.20 points of Tuesday.

On Wednesday session Inditex shares led rises climbing 2.71 percent, followed by Gamesa, Enagas, Gas Natural, Grifols and Abertis A that rose 2.52 percent, 2.49 percent, 2.10 percent, 1.81 percent and 1.53 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Abengoa "B" led falls losing 53.85 percent, followed by Acerinox, ArcelorMittal, Banco Popular, Caixabank and Banco Santander that lost 3.11 percent, 2.85 percent, 2.51 percent, 2.24 percent and 2 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 111.60 points on Wednesday closing time and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.59 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Tuesday closing time. Endit
