Spanish stock market falls 0.62 pct, closes at 10,290 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 slipped 0.62 percent on Friday to close at 10,290.30 points, down from the 10,354.70 points of Thursday.

Share values were up 1.7 percent in the week as a whole with Spain's risk premium closing at 117.70 points, falling from the 126.80 points of Monday. Spain's 10-year bond interest rate slid from 1.8 percent on Monday to 1.65 percent on Friday.

On Friday's session, Abertis A shares led falls losing 4.18 percent, followed by Indra A, Banco Popular, Banco Sabadell, FCC and ArcelorMittal which lost 3.60 percent, 3.48 percent, 3.36 percent, 2.86 percent and 2.59 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Inditex shares led rises climbing 1.24 percent, followed by DIA, AENA, Abengoa "B", R.E.C. and Endesa which increased 0.88 percent, 0.86 percent, 0.44 percent, 0.43 percent, and 0.42 percent respectively. Endit
