Three criminals and one policeman were Sunday night killed in separate attacks by unidentified gunmen in the Burundian capital Bujumbura, the Burundian police spokesman said here during a press conference on Monday.

"At least four persons including a policeman and three criminals were killed in separate incidents while scores of police agents and civilians were injured in Sunday night's attacks and grenade explosions that occurred today (Monday) morning in various neighborhoods," Burundian Police Spokesman Pierre Nkurikiye said. BERLIN -- Police on Tuesday arrested five suspects in a German border town close to Belgium and the Netherlands for their possible connection with Paris attacks on November 13, German media reported.

Two women and a man were arrested around 9:30 a.m. local time(0830 GMT) at a job center in in Alsdorf near Germany's westernmost city Aachen, German newspaper Aachener Zeitung reported. (Germany-Paris Terror Attacks)

VERSAILLES -- There were 19 nationalities among the victims of the deadly attacks that took place Friday night in Paris and its suburbs, French President Francois Hollande announced Monday during a rare speech to the two chambers of the parliament at Versailles.

ISLAMABAD -- At least 13 people were killed and over 100 others injured when four compartments of a passenger train derailed near Pakistan's southwest Mach district on Tuesday afternoon, local media reported.
