Indian stocks close higher

Indian stocks displayed strength for the second consecutive session on Tuesday, tracking strength seen in European and other Asian markets on the back of a rally in the U.S. market in overnight trade.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,864.47, 104.37 points or 0.41 percent up from previous close of 25,610.53, with a turnover of 449.38 crore rupees (about 68.1 million US dollars). Endit
