Brunei condemns terror attacks in Paris

Brunei Darussalam has joined the international community in condemning the coordinated terror attacks in Paris that left more than 100 people dead and scores injured, the state Radio Television Brunei (RTB) reported Sunday on its official website.

Brunei's Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah has sent a message of condolences to French President Francois Hollande following the deadly attacks in Paris, said the RTB.

In the message to President Francois Hollande, the Sultan expressed shock and deep sadness in learning of the deadly attacks.

The Sultan said he, his government and the people of Brunei Darussalam join others in condemning these senseless acts of terrorism and stand by the people of France at this time of national grief and mourning and sent their deepest condolences to President Francois Hollande, the government and people of France, especially to the bereaved families of the victims of this tragedy.
