Two men have been arrested and some 120,000 amphetamine-type stimulant pills seized after the motorbike they were riding was stopped for a security check in the Lao province of Bokeo, local media reported on Thursday.
Two men aged 40 and 29 were arrested over the haul following a tip-off, state-run media Vientiane Times reported.
The pair, both of the same village in the province's Paktha district, have allegedly confessed to planning to transport the drugs across the nation's frontiers for sale in a neighbouring country. Enditem
