Rockets lose game against Nets 98-106

Xinhua, November 12, 2015 Adjust font size:

The Houston Rockets surprisingly lost the game against visiting the Brooklyn Nets 98-106 at the Toyota Center on Wednesday night.

Before the game on Wednesday, the Rockets had won four straight games after opening the season 0-3, and the Nets had a poor performance of 0-7, but the Nets finally enjoyed their first win of the season after the four quarters.

The Rockets led the first quarter 28-22, but failed in the second quarter 21-33, thus the Rockets had a six-point gap with the visiting team in the first half.

The Rockets played very well in the third quarter with a score of 34-24. Unfortunately, the Rockets only scored 15 points in the last quarter while the Nets added 27 points.

It was really out of expectation that the Rockets lost by only eight points in the very important game, during which Bojan Bogdanovic had a season-high 22 points with nine rebounds.

James Harden led Houston with 23 points and nine rebounds while his teammate Dwight Howard had 10 points and 17 rebounds.

Besides Bojan Bogdanovic, Joe Johnson and Brook Lopez also added 16 points and 14 points to the Nets respectively.

Currently, the Rockets fell to 4-4 while the Nets improved to 1-7. Endi
