China arrests 900 in online hacking crackdown

Chinese police arrested more than 900 hackers in a special campaign launched in July, including foreigners, the Ministry of Public Security revealed on Thursday.

The suspects were involved in 400 cases and are accused of a wide range of cybercrime, according to the ministry.

These acts have seriously damaged people's rights and interests, and jeopardized Internet security and social order, the ministry said. Endi
