The rate of extreme poverty of Costa Rica has increased from 5.8 percent of the houses in 2010 to 7.2 percent in 2015, according to the results of the National Home Survey 2015 (ENAHO, for its acronym in Spanish) and released by the National Institute of Stadistics and Census (INEC, for its acronym in Spanish), according to the local press.
