Brazil midfielder Lucas Lima on Real, Barca radar

Xinhua, November 10, 2015 Adjust font size:

Brazil international midfielder Lucas Lima could move to Real Madrid or Barcelona next summer, the 25-year-old's agent said on Monday.

Lima has been linked to a host of European clubs, having broken his way into Brazil's national team this year following a string of fine performances for local Serie A outfit Santos.

"I was with his parents and they were talking about a move to Europe during the (European summer) transfer window," Lima's agent Wagner Ribeiro told Brazilian news service Uol.

In October, Ribeiro traveled to Europe and reportedly held talks with officials from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Porto and Torino.

Capped four times for Brazil, Lima joined the Selecao squad on Monday for their World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Peru. Endit
