Dollar changing hands in upper 121 yen zone in early trade

The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 121 yen zone in early trading on Friday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 121.69-70 yen compared with 121.71-81 yen in New York and 121.80-81 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro meanwhile fetched 1.0882-0883 dollars and 132.42-43 yen against 1.0879-0889 dollars and 132.40-50 yen in New York and 1.0836-0837 dollars and 131.99-132.03 yen in later trade here Thursday afternoon. Enditem
