Indian stocks extend losses

Indian stocks extended their losing streak to the sixth consecutive session on Monday due to worries over weak manufacturing data and uncertainty over the Bihar election outcome.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 26,559.15, 97.68 points or 0.37 percent down from previous close of 26,656.83, with a turnover of 321.05 crore rupees (about 49.0 million US dollars). Endit
