Dollar changes hands around 121 yen in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 121 yen line in Tokyo early Friday.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 121.04-05 yen compared with 121.06-16 yen in New York and 120.77-79 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.0987-0987 dollars and 132.98-133.00 yen against 1.0975-0985 dollars and 132.92-133.02 yen in New York and 1.0925-0927 dollars and 131.94-98 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Enditem
