Chinese vice premier meets Cuba guests

Vice Premier Liu Yandong met with a Cuban delegation on Monday, pledging to improve scientific cooperation.

Liu spoke highly of the achievements in Cuba and lauded the countries' friendly ties and the successful bilateral scientific cooperation.

Liu called on both sides to enhance pragmatic cooperation in science and technology to realize win-win development.

Fidel Castro Diaz-Balart, who is leading the delegation, is a scientific advisor to the State Council of Cuba. He said Cuba was willing to further cooperate with China in science and technology. Endi
