Cambodian PM embarks on visit to France

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen left here Saturday night for a visit to France where he will witness a signing ceremony of six agreements between the two countries.
"Over there, I will hold talks with French President Francois Hollande on bilateral relations and cooperation between Cambodia and France, and will preside over a signing ceremony of several agreements," the prime minister said in a video clip posted on his Facebook page on Saturday afternoon.
During his stay in France, which run through Tuesday, the prime minister will also meet with French company representatives and Cambodian students and compatriots from around France in Paris.
Sry Thamarong, minister attached to the prime minister, said Hun Sen will hold talks with President Hollande Monday afternoon and then meet with French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius before presiding over the signing ceremony of six documents.
One of the documents is the convention on extradition between the two countries, and the five others involve French assistance in Cambodia's education sector, tourism human resources development, electricity grid construction, culture, and clean water projects. Enditem
