Myanmar to attend 19th Asian archery championship in Thailand

Myanmar will take part in the 19th Asian archery championship in Bangkok of Thailand next month, sports circle said Friday.

Scheduled to run from Nov. 1-9, three Myanmar archers will take part in Recurve and Compound categories of the championship.

Meanwhile, two Myanmar archers will compete in Continental Qualification Tournament (CQT)from Oct. 23-30.

The qualified archers are eligible to take part in Olympic Archery events at Rio 2016. Endi
