Guangzhou Evergrande ties Gamba Osaka in ACL semifinals

Guangzhou Evergrande tied with Gamba Osaka 0-0 in the second leg of the Asian Champions League semifinals here on Wednesday, making to the ACL final with an aggregate score 2-1.

The visiting Chinese kept offensive and made many attempts in the first half. However, Gamba Osaka was prudent and its keeper made good saves to keep a clean sheet for the team.

In the second half, Gamba Osaka was more offensive, hoping to overturn a 2-1 deficit following defeat in Guangzhou three weeks ago.

The game went white-hot into the additional time, but neither of the teams managed to score.

Tied with Gamba Osaka in the match, Guangzhou Evergrande earned the ticket to the ACL final to face Al Ahli of the United Arab Emirates. Endi
