Vietnam ties Iraq 1-1 at Asian qualifier for 2018 World Cup

Vietnam drew 1-1 with Iraq here on Thursday at Asian qualifier for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Striker Cong Vinh of Vietnam scored the first goal of the match at the 25th minute. Iraqi players created numerous chances, however, they failed to turned into goals during the 90 minutes of the games.

Iraq tied the score in injury time.

In the World Cup's Asian qualifying, Vietnam stays with Chinese Taipei, Thailand, and Iraq in Group F.
