22 craft villages showcasing traditional products in Vietnam's capital

Some 300 stalls from 22 traditional craft villages across Vietnam showcased their products at a Traditional Craft Village, Tourism and Culture Festival 2015 on Thursday.

The festival is expected to open through Sunday, featuring products include pottery, embroidery, silk brocade, sculpture, bronze casting and traditional cuisine.

The event is among activities to celebrate 61st anniversary of the Liberation Day of Hanoi, which falls on Oct. 10.

According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam's capital Hanoi is home to more than 1,000 craft villages, around 300 of which are recognized as traditional ones. Endi
