Vietnam up two spots in FIFA women's rankings

The Vietnam women's national football team moved up two spots to 33rd position in the latest FIFA rankings for the third quarter of the year, local newspaper Vietnam News reported Wednesday.

Vietnam placed second in Southeast Asia, behind No. 29 Thailand.

World No. 4 Japan continued to dominate Asian rankings, followed by the Democratic People' s Republic of Korea, and Australia.

The United States remains on top, followed by Germany and France. Endi
