Xinhua, October 1, 2015 Adjust font size:

Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe will make an official visit to Japan on Saturday, his second overseas trip since winning a parliamentary election last month.

Wickremesinghe will be visiting Japan on an invitation extended by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and will address the Japanese Parliament, a statement released by the Prime Minister's media unit said here on Thursday.

During his five day visit to Japan, Wickremesinghe will also deliver a speech at the Science and Technology Society Forum.

During talks with the Japanese Prime Minister and other Japanese government officials, Wickremesinghe will have a wide range of discussions on bilateral relations, including economic ties, the statement added. Endi
