China stocks close higher on Monday

Chinese shares closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.27 percent to end at 3,100.76 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index gained 2.13 percent to close at 10,115.55 points. The ChiNext Index, which tracks China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, climbed 5.01 percent to close at 2,122.26 points. Endi
