French stock market index up 3.07 pct on Friday

The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 strongly rebounded by 3.07 percent close at 4,480.66 points on Friday, up 133.42 points.

Assured by the American market, the CAC 40 of Paris closed higher on Friday with 39 of the 40 selected companies gaining advance.

The only company whose stock dropped on Friday was ArcelorMittal, down 1.58 percent.

The top three gainers on Friday were Kering, up 6.18 percent, L'Oreal, up 5.56 percent, and Valeo, up 5.36 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 dropped by 1.93 percent to close at 4,347.24 points, down 85.59 points. Endit
