French stock market index up 1.67 pct on Wednesday

The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 gained an advance of 1.67 percent to close at 4,645.84 points on Wednesday, up 76.47 points.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed higher on Wednesday with all of the 40 selected companies gaining advance.

The top three gainers on Wednesday were Kering, up 5.60 percent, Technip, up 3.86 percent, and LVMH, up 3.77 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 gained an advance of 1.13 percent to close at 4,569.37 points, up 51.22 points. Endit
