Five cities bid for 2024 Summer Olympics

The International Olympic Committee on Wednesday confirmed Budapest, Hamburg in Germany, Los Angeles, Paris and Rome as the candidates for the 2024 Olympic Games.

IOC president Thomas Bach said there were five "outstanding cities" in the race for the Games.

The IOC will select the host city at its session in Peru in 2017. Endi
