Coach overturn kills 6, injures 12 in SW China

Six people died and another 12 were injured after a coach bus overturned in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Wednesday morning, local authorities said.

The coach was heading to Nyingchi Prefecture of Tibet Autonomous Region from Chengdu City in Sichuan and overturned at about 8:50 a.m. at a section of National Highway 318, according to the publicity department of the Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Garze.

The bus has a capacity of 46 passengers and was carrying 18 people, including two drivers.

The injured are receiving treatment at the Garze Prefecture People's Hospital.

The cause of the accident is being investigated. Endi
