Spanish stock market falls 1.78 pct

Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 fell 1.78 percent on Thursday to close at 9,859 points, down from the 10,037.80 points of Wednesday.

On Thursday's session, Tecnicas Reunidas shares led falls plunging 7.05 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, Telefonica, Sacyr, Banco Santander and Repsol that dropped 3.76 percent, 3.63 percent, 3.51 percent, 3.31 percent and 3.16 percent respectively.

Grifols shares led rises climbing 1.07 percent, followed by Ferrovial, IAG, Amadeus, Abengoa "B" and ACS that rose 0.81 percent, 0.34 percent, 0.31 percent, 0.19 percent and 0.14 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 141.40 points, slightly above the 140.20 points of Wednesday, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.1 percent, showing no big differences with Wednesday at closing time. Endit
