Seoul shares end flat

Seoul shares ended almost unchanged on Thursday.

The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) inched up 0.31 points, or 0.02 percent, to 1,915.53 at the close. Trading volume stood at 293.13 million shares worth 4.51 trillion won (3.8 billion U.S. dollars).

The South Korean currency finished at 1,190.3 won against the greenback, down 9.6 won from Wednesday's close. Endi
