Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Thursday the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression "started the earliest and lasted the longest" in the World Anti-Fascist War.

Xi made the remarks while addressing a gathering to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victory of Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Endi
