Xinhua, September 1, 2015 Adjust font size:

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is committed to the path for the European Union (EU), said Denis Zvizdic, Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers on Tuesday.

Zvizdic made the remarks during his meeting with Sezin Sinanoglu, Coordinator of the United Nations and Representative of the UN Development Program (UNDP) to BiH.

The two talked about a five-year program of the UN in BiH with a focus on peace and development. Sinanoglu noted the adoption of the Reform Plan by BiH marked a significant step towards the EU.

Zvizdic, meanwhile, said the cooperation between BiH and the UN played an important role for the development of BiH.

The Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) between the EU and BiH entered into force in June, a major step forward for BiH over its EU path. Endit
