5-magnitude earthquake hits Taiwan: CENC

A 5-magnitude earthquake hit the county of Hualien of Taiwan at 9:24 p.m. on Tuesday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 24.0 degrees north latitude and 121.5 degrees east longitude. The quake jolted the area with a depth of 6 km, according to the CENC. Endi
