Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung:

-- German Chancellor Angela Merkel called on German citizens on Monday to stay away from racist demonstrations. She also urged respect for the fundamental rights of asylum seekers and human dignity in dealing with refugees.

Sueddeutsche Zeitung:

-- Hundreds of refugees left Budapest and traveled to Vienna and the German state of Bavaria on Monday. The regional government of Upper Bavaria expected that hundreds more refugees would come to Munich on Tuesday.
