Slovenian stock price decline slows down after slump

The decline in Slovenian stock prices slowed down on Tuesday as the SBI TOP benchmark lost 0.66 percent to 692.46 points in the wake of shedding almost 5 percent on Monday.

The Slovenian Press Agency (STA) described in detail that the drug maker Krka and energy group Petrol led the retreat as the former lost 1.63 percent to 60.30 euros and the latter shed 2 percent to 245.00 euros.

Telekom Slovenije was down 0.71 percent to 81.42 euros and port operator Luka Koper lost 0.24 percent to 24.45 euros.

Insurance stocks, on the other hand, had a positive day. Sava Re surged almost 5 percent to 13.50 euros and Zavarovalnica Triglav added 0.26 percent to 23.29 euros. Endit
