Taiwan negotiators arrive in Fuzhou for new round of talks

A delegation headed by Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) Chairman Lin Join-sane arrived in Fuzhou Monday at noon for a new round of talks with mainland negotiators.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the mainland-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS) President Chen Deming.

ARATS and SEF are non-governmental organizations authorized by the Chinese mainland and Taiwan respectively to negotiate cross-Strait issues. Endi
