LME base metals prices dip on Friday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower on Friday.

The three-month unofficial copper price decreased 44 U.S. dollars, or 0.86 percent, to 5,047 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price tumbled 28 U.S. dollars, or 1.77 percent, to 1,551 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price shrank 29 U.S. dollars, or 1.68 percent, to 1,693 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial zinc price dived 3.31 percent, or 60.5 U.S. dollars, to 1,766 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price reduced 2.54 percent, or 265 U.S. dollars, to 10,160 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price slumped 550 U.S. dollars, or 3.56 percent, to 14,900 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
