Urgent: ESM approves Greek third bailout plan, to unlock first 13 bln euros

The European Stability Mechanism (ESM) on Wednesday approved Greece's third bailout package, unlocking a first batch of 13 billion euros a day before Greece must repay a 3.2-billion-euro loan to the European Central Bank.

ESM's board of governors, comprising finance ministers of the 19-country Eurozone made the decision after a teleconference. Endit
