Indian stocks close higher

Indian stocks closed with some gains after a volatile day on Wednesday boosted by gains in export- focused companies after the rupee fell to a near two-year low in early trades.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,931.64, 100.10 points or 0.36 percent up from previous close of 27,831.54, with a turnover of 493.94 crore rupees. Endi
