Xinhua, August 8, 2015 Adjust font size:

At least 12 laborers have been killed and 15 others sustained injuries in a wall collapse in the northern Indian state of Haryana, a senior police official said Saturday.

"The mishap happened when an under-construction wall of a stone crusher unit collapsed in Dholera in the state's Mahendergarh district Friday," he said, on condition of anonymity.

While 12 workers were killed on the spot, those injured have been admitted to a local hospital where the condition of most are said to be serious, the official said.

The owner of the stone crushing unit has been arrested, he said.

A probe has been ordered into the incident, the official added. Endi
