French stock market index down 0.09 pct on Thursday

The French stock market benchmark index CAC 40 experienced a slight decrease of 0.09 percent to close at 5,192.11 points on Thursday, down 4.62 points.

The CAC 40 of Paris closed slightly lower on Thursday with 23 of the 40 selected companies experiencing decrease.

The top three gainers on Thursday were Kering, up 1.68 percent, Credit Agricole, up 1.34 percent, and AXA, up 1.08 percent.

The three companies whose stocks dropped on Thursday were Peugeot, down 2.25 percent, Publicis Groupe, down 1.32 percent, and Renault, down 1.31 percent.

In the previous trading day, the CAC 40 gained an advance of 1.65 percent to close at 5,196.73 points, up 84.59 points. Endit
