Cavaliers sign veteran Richard Jefferson

The Cavaliers announced officially that they have signed free agent forward Richard Jefferson while terms of the contract were not released.

This will be the seventh team the 35-year-old has played for during his 14-year NBA career with New Jersey (currently Brooklyn), Milwaukee, San Antonio, Golden State, Utah and Dallas before.

Last season Jefferson was a member of the Dallas Mavericks where he shot 42 percent from beyond the arc as a reserve. He averaged 5.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in 16.8 minutes per game. Endi
