First charter flights link China, Denmark

Xinhua, August 2, 2015 Adjust font size:

Capital Airlines will begin operating the first direct charter flights between China and Denmark in early September, the company has announced.

It will run flights between Beijing and Copenhagen from September 6, and flights connecting Hangzhou in east China's Zhejiang Province and Copenhagen from September 3.

Using Airbus A330 aircraft, two flights on each route every week have been scheduled from early September to late October. The Beijing-based airline expects more than 3,000 Chinese tourists to fly to Copenhagen, a gateway to Sweden, Norway and Iceland. Endi
