Dollar hovers at 124 yen line in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar hovered at the 124 yen line in early Tokyo deals on Thursday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar traded at 123.95-124.03 yen compared with 123.89-99 yen in New York and 123.66-68 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.0981-0982 dollars and 136.11-12 yen against 1.0981-0991 dollars and 136.12-22 yen in New York and 1.1042-1043 dollars and 136.55-59 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endi
