China' s Liaoning beats the Philippines at int' l women' s volleyball tournament

The Chinese volleyball club of Liaoning had a lopsided triumph of 3-0 over the Philippines on Wednesday at the 2015 International Women's Volleyball Tournament - VTV Cup in Vietnam's southern Bac Lieu province.

Right into the first set, Liaoning extended the lead by 6-0. However, after that, Chinese players usually had to fiercely compete with Filipino rivals to win every single point.

Finally, Liaoning defeated the Philippines 3-0 with the scores of 25-22, 25-17 and 25-15. To date, the Philippines won only one game and lost four matches, while Liaoning lost one match to Vietnam.
