Chinese presidential envoy to attend New Suez Canal inauguration

Culture Minister Luo Shugang will attend the opening ceremony of the New Suez Canal on August 6 as a special envoy of President Xi Jinping, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hong Lei announced on Wednesday.
