Dollar trades in lower 124 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded at the lower 124 yen level on Thursday in early Tokyo trading.

At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 124.06-07 yen compared with 123.91-124.01 yen in New York and 123.74-75 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.0925-0925 dollars and 135.54-55 yen against 1.0924-0934 dollars and 135.45-55 yen in New York and 1.0947-0949 dollars and 135.46-50 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endi
