Dollar trades in upper 123 yen range in early Tokyo deals

Tokyo stocks traded in the upper 123 yen range early Wednesday morning in Tokyo deals, little changed from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 123.88-93 yen compared with 123.85-95 yen in New York and 124.38-39 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.0936-0937 dollars and 135.47-54 yen against 1.0930-0940 dollars and 135.51-61 yen in New York and 1.0827-0828 dollars and 134.67-71 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endi
