Quarterfinals to be played this weekend at Gold Cup

The quarterfinals of CONCACAF (Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Football Association) Gold Cup will be played on Saturday and Sunday.

According to Gold Cup 2015 website, the tournament has been played since 1991 but quarterfinals were added until 2000 when the format of the tournaments was changed.

This year, quarterfinals will begin on Saturday at M & T Stadium in Baltimore, United States. This will be the ninth occasion of 13 editions that quarter finals will be played.

On Saturday, United States will face Cuba at 4 p.m. local time, while Haiti will play against Jamaica at 7 p.m. local time in Baltimore.

On Sunday, Trinidad and Tobago will face Panama at 3:30 p.m., and Mexico will play against Costa Rica at 6:30 p.m. in Metlife Stadium, New Jersey. Endi
