The agreement signed in May saw Valencia and UN women announce their partnership to promote gender equality around the world and Valencia will wear the UN Women on the pack of their shirt when they play in the coming season's Champions League.

The logo will also be visible during Saturday's friendly game against German Champions, Bayern Munich which they play in the National Stadium in Beijing and to show the importance of the accord and the game itself, Valencia players Alvaro Negredo and Shkodran Mustafi held a press conference along with the club's Chairwoman, Chan Lay Hoon and Hanny Cuerva-Beteta, the UN Women Asia-Pacific Regional Advisor on Governance and Security.
