Spanish stock market rises 1.7 pct thanks to agreement over Greece

Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 1.7 percent on Monday to close to 11,224.20 points, up from the 11,036.10 points of Friday, thanks to the agreement reached by Greece and the creditors over its debt.

IAG shares led rises climbing 4.91 percent, followed by OHL, Acerinox, Gamesa, DIA and ACS that rose 4.33 percent, 3.71 percent, 2.81 percent, 2.74 percent and 2.68 percent respectively.

Banco Popular shares also rose climbing 0.09 percent as well as Iberdrola, R.E.C., Caixabank, Gas Natural and Endesa that rose 0.10 percent, 0.66 percent, 0.80 percent, 0.91 percent and 0.94 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 126 points on Monday closing time and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 2.110 percent both showing no big differences with Friday closing time. Endit
