Tanzania's Kondo joins Uganda's KCCA FC

Tanzania's Shaban Kondo has joined Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) ahead of the regional 2015 Council for East and Central African Football Association (Cecafa) Club Championship.

Club Chief Executive Officer David Tamale told Xinhua on Wednesday that the player who will boost the team's options joined from Tanzania's Premiership side Stand United FC.

Tamale said the team has entered residential camp at the Mandela National Stadium, Namboole Hostel ahead of the tournament that will be held in the Tanzania's city of Dar es Salaam from July 18 to Aug. 2.

"We expect the team to travel sometime next week, few days before the tournament starts," said Tamale.

The other players who have joined KCCA FC, include defender Richard Kassagga who returns from Salam Zhgarta in Lebanon, Martin Mpuuga, Okot Denis, Mutyaba Muzamil, Dan Nsubuga all from Victoria University, Hassan Wasswa and Isaac Serunkuuma from Express FC. Endi
